Refund policy

Effective September 18, 2026

30-day refund guarantee. If the paid Mac beta does not successfully handle your supported Vault backup, recovery, or Mac-to-Mac migration—or you decide it is not right for you—contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email joshua@segeren.com using the email you purchased with, and include the payment date. Do not post payment details in a public GitHub issue.

Timing

Full refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control how long the credit takes to appear after Stripe processes it.

Support and refunds

Best-effort support does not limit the 30-day refund policy. A refund does not depend on our being able to reproduce or resolve the issue.

Free CLI

The free open-source CLI is not affected by a refund and remains available under the MIT License.
